Golden Hills School Division is proud to announce that Keagan Farmer has been awarded the 2024 Lieutenant Governor Student Award.

Keagan is a grade nine student from Drumheller Valley Secondary School and was one of nine recipients of the award. This award celebrates Alberta students who have shown tremendous growth in developing skills to better themselves through determination, initiative, and independence, leading to their improvement and success both academically and personally.

Keagan was recognized at the Government House in Edmonton on Monday, June 10, 2024.
