On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Westmount School grade 5 students participated in their first field trip to the Legacy Farm.

The Legacy Farm Project offered an opportunity for students to experience hands on, outdoor learning, helping them build a deeper understanding of ecosystems connected to the science curriculum.

Golden Hills School Division is excited for the partnership with the Legacy Farm Project and believes that this is an opportunity to connect community, history and education.

In the near future, more schools will be visiting the Legacy Farm with opportunities for learning, collaboration and connections to agriculture.
