Golden Hills School Division is accepting applications for the position of Dormitory Supervisor in
Strathmore, AB.

The Dormitory Supervisor will report to the Accommodations Coordinator and assist with the following:

• Supervise dormitory students and enforce dormitory rules, regulations, and schedules.
• Develop a rapport with students to meet their social and cultural needs.
• Maintain a positive dorm atmosphere.
• Ensure attendance at school and help students meet curfew.
• Assist students with medical claims
• Guide evening and weekend activities.
• Light cleaning of facility.

The Dormitory Supervisor is a shift work position. Shift work includes: mornings, afternoons and overnight. This position will include meals while on shift, benefits, and an hourly pay salary.

The successful applicant should be a good role model, have good interpersonal skills, be sensitive to different cultures, and enjoy working with children and youth. Experience working with children is an asset.
