Off Campus Learning/Career Exploration

Off-Campus Education

Golden Hills School Division supports students in their exploration of career pathways and encourages them to take ownership of decisions regarding their futures. Our goal is to provide hands-on experiences and build an understanding of various career paths, industries, and roles, enabling students to set realistic goals. We want our students to transition confidently into the workforce or postsecondary education with a clear sense of purpose. We appreciate the partnership we have with Careers Next Generation in supporting our work.

To ensure meaningful experiences, all off-campus opportunities should align with a student's chosen career pathway, reflecting their individual interests, skills, and goals. All students participating in off-campus programs are covered by Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) insurance for their safety and protection.
