Golden Hills School Division is very pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Laslo to the
position of Acting Vice Principal of George Freeman School commencing the 2025/2026 school year.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta and just completed a Masters in Educational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Matt is currently the Acting Vice Principal of George Freeman School and has over 13 years of teaching experience with Golden Hills. We feel that his commitment to teaching, student and parent relationships, as well as his love of extra-curricular activity and the encouragement of all students, will serve him well in his continued administrative role.
