Golden Hills School Division is very pleased to announce the appointment of Chantalle Van Otterloo to the position of Principal of Trochu Valley School, effective the start of the 2025/2026 school year.

Chantalle holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta, and a Masters of Education in Educational Research with a Specialization in Leadership from the University of Calgary. Chantalle has been with Golden Hills for 16 years and has been Vice Principal of Trochu Valley School since 2015. She is a highly skilled Vice Principal and classroom teacher that believes in the importance of a strong school community that supports connection between teachers, students and families. Her administrative and varied professional leadership experience will serve her well in her new administrative role.
